Who Will Lead the Workshop?
Our team consists of experienced physiotherapists and coaches specializing in sedentary lifestyle issues, lifestyle habits, and movement prevention. The Movement Office team brings professional yet human-centered guidance that motivates employees to move. Each instructor has years of experience and hundreds of satisfied clients.

The workshop can be adjusted to your needs and preferences. We offer a standard 2-hour session or a shorter, 1-hour version.
We will agree on the location. Workshops can take place at your company premises, our gym, or online. We are prepared to travel anywhere in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
Workshops combine theoretical and practical parts. All that’s needed is a projector (optional) and sufficient space for movement (a conference room usually suffices). We recommend comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
Our services are designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level. No prior experience with exercise is required.
Your employees will learn techniques to effectively reduce tension and fatigue from prolonged sitting. Exercises will improve posture, increase energy levels, and reduce health risks, potentially boosting productivity and reducing absenteeism.
